The Patterns That Shape Your Experience

Something in your life keeps repeating. You understand your patterns intellectually, yet still find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious or emotionally overwhelmed. You might be carrying tension in work and relationships even when everything appears “fine” on the surface. Outwardly, life may look functional, but internally, something feels unclear, disconnected, or out of alignment.

Embodied coaching is the process of turning inward to understand the unconscious patterns, emotional protections, fears, and conditioning shaping your decisions. Many of these patterns were once helpful ways of staying safe or adapting, but over time, they can begin to limit how freely and fully you live.

Through body-oriented coaching, meditation, and somatic practices, James helps clients explore what may be keeping them stuck. This therapeutic work goes beyond intellectual insight, helping you notice what is happening not only in the mind, but also in the body, emotions, and nervous system.

As awareness grows, so does your capacity for choice. More clarity. More self-trust. More ease. Rather than becoming someone new, this work helps you reconnect with who you already are beneath the noise so life can feel more aligned and purposeful.
 
James is a certified Body-Oriented Coach through The Somatic School, a Mindfulness Practitioner and Meditation Teacher with Breathworks. He has also trained in counseling and psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education. Inner work and coaching sessions are available nationwide and online.
